巴西的小串
ESPETINHO, BRAZIL

A common food in the streets of Brazil, espetinho means ‘little skewer' in Portuguese and usually it's spiced beef or chicken, grilled over charcoal on a skewer. Other meats such as sausage, shrimps and fish are also used for different varieties of the dish. Vendors often spice up the affair with their choice of condiments as well as farinha, a special crunchy flour.
印度的面包马铃薯
VADA PAV, INDIA
面包马铃薯以“穷人的汉堡”而闻名，是一种五香土豆泥球，将土豆泥炸到金黄色，然后塞到面包里就做成了。通常还配上薄荷、香菜以及甜甜的罗望子酸辣酱。
Known as the 'poor man's burger,' a vadapav is made with balls of spiced mashed potato, deep fried until it turns golden, stuffed into a bun. It's eaten with mint, coriander and sweet tamarind chutneys.

Pork Satay is one of the most recognized street foods in Thailand. Marinated in a sweet and spicy paste of lemongrass, shallots, garlic, red chilies and fish sauce, the pork skewers are brushed with coconut milk while grilling and usually served with a peanut sauce.
德国的咖喱肠
CURRYWURST, GERMANY
咖喱肠与啤酒是绝配。是由蒸猪肉香肠或炸猪肉香肠浇上番茄酱并洒上咖喱粉制成的，通常会配上法式薯条。
Currywurst is perfect with beer. Made of either steamed or fried pork sausages, drenched in tomato paste and topped with curry powder, this dish is served with French fries usually.

This Mexican dish is a flour or corn tortilla, stuffed with grilled or slow-cooked meats and a variety of fillings, including potatoes sausage, squash blossoms, stir-fried mushrooms and beans.

BANH MI, VIETNAM
法式长棍面包的主要食材就是用水稻和小麦面粉制成的新鲜法式长面包。通常里面会加上新鲜香菜、腌胡萝卜、萝卜和各种肉类，从猪肉到鸡肉应有尽有。
The key ingredient of banh mi is a fresh-baked baguette made from rice and wheat flour. It is usually filled with fresh coriander, pickled carrot, and different types of meats, ranging from pork to chicken.
新加坡的香辣蟹
CHILLI CRAB, SINGAPORE
这盘菜的螃蟹是整个上桌，用酸甜的番茄、鸡蛋和辣椒进行翻炒。这道菜在马来西亚也很出名。
In this seafood dish, mud crabs are served whole, stir fried in a sweet and sour sauce of tomato, egg and, of course, chili. It's also popular in Malaysia.

This Chinese dumpling soup is served in bamboo baskets on streets across Shanghai. The steaming hot dumplings, stuffed with minced pork, are covered in boiling hot broth.
